reaching out for assistance in receiving claim...
reaching out for assistance in receiving claim from turkish airlines for delayed baggage. they are rejecting the claim since the report was files past 21 days from the receipt of baggage. however, since i received the baggage on may-04 and filed a claim on may-25, i am within my rights to claim compensation. please advise
