We would like to inform you that there is no reduction in the fine if the tourist or visitor exceeds the length of stay allowed by entry permit, visit visa or tourism and considered a violation and fined by the relevant authorities in the UAE with a fine of AED 200 for the first day and AED 100 for each subsequent day.
This fee is payable at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs offices or at the immigration and passport offices at the airport in addition to an additional service fee of AED 100 upon departure as for residents of the UAE, the law grants them a 30-day grace period to either amend the situation, provide new sponsorship for them and their sponsors, or leave the country and no fines shall apply during that period and if the grace period ends and the resident exceeds 30 days, he will be fined AED 125 for the first day and AED 25 for each subsequent day and after six months of exceeding the stay period after the grace period and the expiry of the stay, he will be fined AED 50 for each day exceeded and after exceeding one year, the fine will rise to AED 100 for each day of delay.
Note that there is no imprisonment, but you will be deported from entering the UAE permanently
