What do I have to do to go to Malta?

We would like to inform you that you shall get a visa to Malta; the tourist visa allows you to reside for short time not more than 90 days per 6 months. If the travel visa includes a Schengen visa for two or more countries, the Consulate General responsible for issuing the visa will be:

• Consulate General of the country where the traveler will stay longer.
• The General Consulate of the first country to enter if the traveler stays for the same period in the country of the different Schengen visa

The required documents are as follows:

1. Completed application form, location and filled with data in English correctly.
2. A valid passport valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa and must contain at least two consecutive blank pages.
3. The residence visa in the United Arab Emirates must be valid for 90 days from the date of return from the country of the Schengen visa.
4. Photocopy of passport (white pages do not need to take a photo)
5. Two passport-size passport photos bear the applicant's real picture.
6. National identity card.
7. Confirmation of hotel reservations throughout the trip in the country of the Schengen visa. When you are staying with a host family, you must provide a letter from the host family stating your commitment to your accommodation and stay throughout the trip.
8. Ticket / return tickets confirmed. A copy of the airline tickets shall be kept when submitted.
9. Proof of the Schengen visa insurance policy, whether individual or collective, with a minimum insurance cover of € 30,000.
10. Detailed travel itinerary for the entire trip in all countries of the Schengen visa if the flight includes more than one country.
11. Proof of adequate and regular personal financial means (bank account statements for the last 6 months).
12. Proof of Employment: A letter from the employer stating his / her name, address, telephone number, applicant's job, duration of employment, and salary and confirmation that the staff member will resume his or her duties upon return. The embassy may insist on signing this letter and confirming it from the local Chamber of Commerce
