How can I get free visa in Qatar

We would like to inform you that if you want to get freelance visa in Qatar, note that the worker can't have freelance visa, and must have sponsor from anyone who has company there.
In other words, visa is considered illegal work. Also, if a worker was arrested for working without his sponsor, then he will be deported out of the country.
Note that we are at Jawabkom website don't have any relation with any entity or authority even governmental or nongovernmental.

Article (16)
An expat who has been authorized to enter or stay for a specific purpose, or to work in a particular entity shall not violate the purpose for which he was authorized. Also, he/she shall not leave the work for the applicant or to work for an unauthorized party.
 It is not contrary to the purpose of the residence permit that the expatriate, with the consent of the competent authority, to perform some of the administrative work in the company in which he is a partner and authorized to sign on its behalf.
