Hemoglobin changes in heart failure

Treatment of heart failure and anemia 
Anemia is one of common causes of heart failure as the quality of your ciculating blood is reduced and should be managed by iron supplemntation or blood transfusion. Hemoglobin among patients with heart failure is not vulnarable to any significant changes. Heart faulre should be managed with diuretics and ani hypertensives and in advinced cases heart transplantation. consult cardiologist 
Investigations 
After history and physical exam, cbc should be done to exclude anemia , Echo and ECG to diagnose degree of heart failure and arrythmias, electrolytes, KFT, LFT should be done in addition to ANP level

Valvular disease 
Viral infections 
cardiomyopathies
