What is the rulers court fee if case not favourable in supreme court.

I am in abu dhabi. My visa from dubai my spouse visa from dubai.

Yes. Case is in supreme court where my summons were also nor done and I stay in abu dhabi since more then 3 years wife in sharjah but our visas are from dubai. Could you please advise.

We would like to inform you that referring to the UAE Judicial Fees Law, Law No. 2 of 2019 amending some provisions of Law No. 21 of 2015 on Judicial Fees in Dubai Courts.
Article 1 of the new law provides for the replacement of the provisions of Articles 8, 14, and 35 of the original law with other provisions relating to non-submission of fees, an estimated suit, as well as relative fees for execution.
According to the amended Article (14), the cases filed before the courts of first instance, civil suits of criminal proceedings and cases arising from commercial works exceeding 500 thousand dirhams, excluding personal status cases, shall be levied a fee of 6% of the value of the lawsuit, provided that no less than The amount of this fee is 500 AED, not more than AED twenty thousand if the value of the lawsuit does not exceed 500 thousand AED, thirty thousand AED if the value of the lawsuit ranges between 500 thousand and one dirham to one million dirhams, and forty thousand dirhams if the value of the case more than million AED.
The same article stipulates that charges arising from commercial actions before the Courts of First Instance whose value is AED 500,000 or less shall be levied at a rate of 6% of the value of the lawsuit, provided that this fee shall not be less than AED 500 and not more than AED 20,000. This fee shall be collected from the plaintiff at the time of filing the lawsuit by (6%) of the value of the lawsuit, provided that the amount of such fees shall not be less than 500 AED and not more than five thousand dirhams.
A final penalty of 6% of the value of the sentenced amount shall be collected from the convicted person, provided that this fee shall not be less than 500 dirhams and not exceeding fifteen thousand dirhams. One hundred thousand Dirhams (5%) of the value of the lawsuit,
