Hello Sir, This is me Haider Sir I worked inclmpany for 8 yearsI didnt renew my visa and my due date was 3rd of March to exit UAE but I couldn't go because of some personal reason Now when I went to Airport, they didnt let me go as as they told me that I am absonder now sir kindly updat me how can I remove those absondingSir please kindly remove this absonding case ,niether I can go home nor I am getting any job because of this absonding case , my family is really worried because o I shall be highly obliged for this favour Waiting for your kind reply

We would like to inform you that if the sponsor filed a complaint against the worker for his absence from work without right, so there are several criteria may be based on to prove that the absconding report is made without right, including, but not limited to the following:
1) The sponsor shall register the communication after the worker has filed a complaint against him with the Labor Office
2) The sponsor's registration of the absence report after the worker has submitted the application for transfer of the sponsorship
3) The sponsor assigns the worker specific work after submitting a report of absenteeism
You may remove the malicious report by filing an application at the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners' Affairs
