We would like to inform you that you can gain weight via the below tips:
Taking any medication is not enough to gain weight, as weight gain requires you to follow an integrated plan that consists of the following:
  1. Take the appropriate treatment if you suffer from any of the following health problems: iron deficiency, anemia, hormonal imbalance, intestinal worms, infections, gallbladder, malabsorption diseases.
  2. Follow a healthy, varied and balanced diet that is high in energy and nutritional value.
  3. Practicing physical exercises to strengthen and develop the muscles of the body in coordination with a sports coach.
  4. Take care to avoid smoking, passive smoking and sources of caffeine.
  5. Sleep at least 8 hours a night, and avoid staying up late.

Healthy diet to gain weight
Breakfast: a cup of sliced vegetables and leafy greens and it can be replaced with a plate of salad / a loaf of white bread or 2 loaves of small pigeon bread / 2 tablespoons of labneh or a cup of full-fat milk or 2 tablespoons of spread cheese / a boiled egg or 2 tablespoons of hummus with olive oil / A tablespoon of cream and a tablespoon of honey / a glass of natural local fruit juice
