We would like to inform you that in this case, if the divorce is applied, the Islamic divorce provisions will be applied so that the divorced woman deserves the following:
- Provide housing if she does not have a home and this is if she is a foster mother.
- Child support.
- The expense of the equipment.
- Pleasure expense is estimated at no more than one year's expense, she deserves it in case the husband divorced his wife by his own will and without the request of the wife.
- Deferred dower

The husband is not entitled to any property owned by the wife.

They both live in the UK and no one resides in Lebanon. Would the agreed terms as documented in the Islamic contract not prevail?

So just to clarify the dowry as documented in the Islamic agreement would not apply, and the husband would still need to provide housing even if the woman doesn’t live in lebanon and lives in the UK?

What do you mean by foster child? If she has been adopted by someone else as a child or if her parents are dead at the time of divorce?Please confirm if she has her parents alive and lives in UK and only the marriage is registered in Lebanon does that mean that only the terms of the Islamic marriage contract will apply?

Doesn’t make sense when you said, it’s not clear earlier you said if she’s a foster mother and then you said if she is a foster child. What do you mean if she has children? Please explain
