Hello sir /madam I'm kindly requesting your help.on this, I have been employed as a caregiver but I can say my employer is now misusing me because she change my duty to housemaid I tried to talk to my agent but she don't listen to my problem she insisted for me to stay or I pay my employer for the visa and agency fee about 10k AED they speak same language with my employer I'm only six month but fed up already , I really want to break down this employment agreement ,thanks for your time ,

We would like to inform you that if the employer violated the provisions of the labor law and the work contract, you can leave work without notice or even pay compensation to the employer, but before leaving work it would have been better for you to submit a complaint to the labor office against him to prove his violation

You can explain the reality of the situation to the Labor Office in your response to the complaint, and after verification and confirmation of the employer's violation, you will be allowed to work and transfer your sponsorship to another sponsor without the consent of the employer


Article (121)
 The worker may leave work without warning in one of the following cases:
 - If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
 - If the employer or his representative legally assaults the worker.
