so basically i have a kitten about 1 month old...

so basically i have a kitten about 1 month old that jumped from the second floor (yesterday), it was okay until she randomly started limping, is this a broken bone or just a sprain?

We can only know by using  x-ray for diagnosis.
After falling down you should take your kitten to the nearest veterinary clinic to make sure she doesn't have any problem like broken bone or internal hemorrhage

No for diagnosis of bone fractures you need x ray 
Bone fractures symptoms
  • severe pain, swelling, bruising;
  • Skin discoloration around the affected area.
