In regards of immigration to the occupied lands, there is no specific immigration program. You can travel to the occupied lands with any visa of any kind, and then submit the application to the embassy, accompanied by the following documents:
 A copy of a passport valid for at least six months
Two photos with the same specifications as the passport photo with a white background per each
Air flight
Hotel reservation
Bank statement
Medical certificate
Any further papers required by the embassy in addition to these papers, according to the type of visa
Then, a date will be set for the interview, and in light of this interview, you will be granted a visa to travel to the country you want to travel to
