We would like to inform you that the procedures for obtaining family residence for your family start by going to the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners' Affairs and submitting an application along with the following documents:
- Salary certificate for government employee or certified work contract for other categories of employees
- A three-month account for old residents and new residents can submit a one-month statement or a book from the bank confirming the transfer of the resident's salary
- Authorized rental contract, UAE ID card and business card
- A certified marriage certificate from the competent authorities in the UAE for marriages in the UAE or from your country of origin
- Original passports of the sponsor and members of the family with pictures of them
- Medical examination report for spouse and children over the age of 15 years from the hospital / clinic
- 3 personal photos per person
Fees:
AED 310 application fee + printing fee + AED 15 Empost service
Measures:
- Start the steps by performing a medical examination for your spouse and children over the age of 15 to obtain a medical certificate
- Go to a certified printing office to obtain a printed application form and pay the required fees
- Go to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in the emirate where you reside to submit the application form and supporting documents and obtain a residence stamp on the passports of your family members.
Note:
In order for the stay of any member of your family to remain valid, he should not be absent from the UAE for more than 6 months, and if the Muslim expatriate has more than one wife, he can obtain only one stay.
