Hi! got a case 2 yrs ago for not paying the rent and they evicted me on my rented flat now they send an email that i new decision from land dept. when i tracked my case its shows that i have travel ban and arrest..please advise how to solve this as i want to go back to my country as i dont have work for almost 2 years alrasy.do i need to go to land dept? they can put me

In regards of a case filed against you and it is over, you have to go to the Public Prosecution Authority, submit a copy of the judgment decision, and request for attestation stating that the case has ended, and then you can go to the Judicial Enforcement Department and give them these explanations and request that they be removed from your file in general, and if you have another query that can be asked Detailed and we will reply to you immediately
