We would like to inform you that you can file a lawsuit which is known “financial claim”. In regard with the fees, they are differing according to the debt amount. But we advise you before going to the court, you can send him a warning by the notary and ask to pay the amount in a period you determine and notify him that if he didn’t comply with that period, then you will take the legal procedures for that. After he gets your warning and he didn’t comply with it then you can file a lawsuit against him
