My dog is 12 month non neutered
Since few days he was not feeling good and lazy he get tired quickly and sleep a lot if he went outside he comes tired and heavy for long time
He had hard stool in morning after noon and evening was soft stool
I went to doctor and done some tests

I cannot use the blood test result in my advice because there is no measuring unit on the normal range different according to the measuring unit.
All the blood test for general check up it show us the liver enzymes the kidney function.
I am a pretty sure that if your dog have an issue with the kidney or the liver or internal issue the doctor will inform you and let you know with the diagnosis when he give you the result.
You have to know that in the beginning of the summer old dog become lazy and start to sleep all day and play all night.
Having soap store doesn't mean that you don't have a diary it could be a slightly change in the diet especially if your dog doesn't show any signs like loss of appetite or vomiting.
