My husband is having a civil case on tenancy contract in Ajman . Company isn't working at all. Now the court have been put judgement as 162000 , 2 years rent need to be paid. Aed 30300 we have already paid to get bail. Without even our knowledge this judgement came. We were not aware of all these

We would like to inform you that if the judgment has been issued pursuant to a previous judgment, you are not obliged to submit a new bail but if the appeal is not related to the old judgment you are obliged to pay the bail and you can apply for a refund after you have paid it the first time.
