Treatment of delayed menses.
It is common problem . Firstly, do not worry as it may related to drug you took for your acne. You can seek your gynecologist for evaluation and exclude other causes for absent menses
Investigations to do
CBC for level of hemoglobin. TSH for thyroid problems. Prolactin level to exclude increased level . LH , FSH tests . US for your uterus and ovaries.
