I bought a laptop on 22nd of March and it never...
I bought a laptop on 22nd of March and it never worked till date as it never gets charged. After 100s of emails and calls ( all proofs are securely kept), they gave me the address of service center to get it repaired. Why should I take the pain to get it repaired when it's brand new and the issue was reported in 3 days time. I visited the service center and they informed that the laptop is an old model and the warranty has expired 2 years back. The processor is very slow, the battery doesn't charge. I immediately informed noon on this and the customer executive always asked me to contact warranty team and warranty team tell to contact customer care. They are so so incapable and unprofessional to handle the problem. It's been a month today and I still have no updates on the status. Noon has cheated me by giving a laptop without warranty and they are not refunding my money also. I have been cheated, mentally harassed, asked to run around service centers, have been forced to do numerous follow ups. Please advise.

You have to contact the website that you paid for the products. If they didn't reply, then you can file a complaint to the Customer Protection Department, and they will check your complaint and issue the proper decision.
You must attach the necessary documents that prove your rights, such as:
