لذا يتم التقييم من خلال اخصائي الباطنية و اختيار الحل العلاجي حسب الوضع االصحي للمريض و مكان وحجم الورم و عددهم ايضا
الخطة العلاجية تشمل ام
ا- استئصال الورم الوعائي
- العلاج الاشعاعي
- اسئصال جزء من الكبد
- زراعة الكبد
ثانيا
يوجد هناك ورم ليفي في الرحم من النوع تحت المصلية بحجم 16 *18 لذا يتم التدخل العلاجي من خلال استعمال ادوية مجموعة البروجسترون او GRH AGNOSIT للتخفيف من اعراض الورم الليفي
و يستمر العلاج ل6 اشهر و بعد ذلك يمكن اللجوء الى التدخل الجراحي في حال ازدياد حجم الورم الليفي او وجود نزيف دورة شهرية بشكل غزير او وجود الم شديد حيث اما يتم استئصال الورم الليفي او الرحم
بالنسبة لالم العظم و الظهر يتم عمل فحص فيتامين دال و في حال وجود نقص يتم التعويض من خلال استعمال حبوب فيتامين دال بشكل يومي

Well - defined hypoechoic lesion measuring 2 x 2 cms noted in segment VI . The intrahepatic biliary radicles are normal . Portal vein and hepatic veins are normal . Gall Bladder : Gall bladder is distended . WNo calculus noted within the lumen of GB . Pancreas : Pancreas is normal in size and uniform echogenicity . No calcification , mass or peripancreatic fluid collection seen . Spleen ; Spleen is normal in size ( 8.8 cms ) and shows normal echogenicities . Kidneys : Right kidney measures 10.7 x 3.6 cms .
