Hello my my name is Abdul Samad I am working in Fintrek marketing company as sales executive I m sick today couldn’t go to office for work i Informed my manager but he said if u don’t come tomorrow with medical report I will deduct your today salary and tomorrow salary too as per as labour law is there any such law where can company deduct employ salary of present day?

In case of absence from work without permission, or failure to provide sick leave for the day of absence, the salary will be deducted for that day. The worker who does not return directly to work without a legitimate reason after the end of his leave is not entitled to his wages for the period of absence following the end of the leave.
