Greetings sir/madam. I am a tourist who came to Dubai in other to attend a job interview but i was mislead by a travel agency who did not advise me properly on all travell documents i needed in other to travel. On the day of my flight i went there only to realise that i needed a covid test result in order to get the flight but unfortunately i did not fly on that day which made me to book another flight. Throughout the process and my time here, i was never contacted by the agency and i have been on overstay. When i decided to pay my fines i noticed that i was absconded by the agency which i believe is unfair. I even asked him to give me a play ment plan to pay the absconding fee but he denied. Today, i decided to pay them and i asked for the location of their office which he did not reply me. I will like to file a case against them for emotional distress, lack of communication with me before filing an absconding absconding case on me and misinformation. My question is. Do i have a case?
