Atty good morning my employer report me escape to saudi system even they know my whereabouts actually I have problem to my accommodation if you dont mine Atty I have 2 concern my work and my accommodation

We would like to inform you that according to the Saudi system and the Residence, after the end of the sponsorship program and use the Contractual relationship improvement system, the worker can apply to change the work without NOC from the employer if he finished one year at work and he doesn't have any absconding report or absent.
If the employer filed a fake report against you then you can remove it if you met the conditions below:
1- - The labor office should be reviewed within a period of 20 days through electronic services from the date of its submission and proof of the maliciousness of the report, since after this date it is impossible to cancel it, and the deportation procedures for you will take place with it.
2. You can cancel the absenteeism report after exceeding 20 days. 
The customer can cancel the absenteeism report from the Labor Office to manage absenteeism reports.” It is also possible to enter the website of the Ministry of Labor and submit the request electronically, as a malicious proof request service for a report of absence, but it should be noted that this new system has excluded some cases
The private driver, the guard, the domestic labour, the shepherd and the gardener. Therefore, the new system does not apply to these categories of workers, meaning that they need no objection from the sponsor to change the work.
 
If you are not one of those categories, you can request a change of work without any problems, but the employer must be notified electronically and then change the work and services are available through the (Qiwa) and (Absher) platforms, and the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Labor announced this in general, and if you have Any other purpose can be clarified.

Sir my employer want me to provide them a final exit visa or iqama transfer before they release my pending SALARY and END of Service BENEFITS but I already all of this last February 20 2022 but I didn't recieve my.money until now

The complaint can be submitted to the Office of Labor and Human Resources, and the matter is explained in detail, as it is in accordance with the Labor Law and the text of Article (88) of the Law, which states:
If the worker’s service is terminated, the employer must pay his wages and liquidate his rights within a week - at most - from the date of the end of the contractual relationship. But if the worker is the one who terminated the contract, the employer must liquidate his rights in full within a period not exceeding two weeks. The employer may deduct any debt due to him due to work from the amounts owed to the worker.
