We would like to inform you that the work visit visa is for seeking for a job with an employer, while the business visa is for establishing a business in Saudi Arabia and working in Saudi Arabia requires a work permit that the employer will apply for this visa on your behalf and after approval you may enter the country and start working.
Within 90 days of your arrival your employer shall apply for a residence permit which also includes a work permit. The residence permit is the standard form of identification in Saudi Arabia so you will not be able to do tasks like opening a bank account without a permit.
