I want to become a surrogate mother

We would like to inform you that according to the Personal Status Law, it should be noted that, in legal terms of surrogacy and according to the judicial rulings before the  courts, which reject this because of the illegality of the procedure, as it applies to non-Muslims only
According to this procedure, the couple goes to a country that allows surrogacy and takes the mother’s egg and the husband’s sperm, and the fertilized egg is implanted in the womb of the surrogate mother after a contract is drawn up between the parties.
After the birth, the mother who bore the child takes a sum of money and leaves the child to the family.
