My wife filed for a divorce where have lost...
My wife filed for a divorce where have lost appeal. Have again gone to supreme court. There are many things in my case which are not true. How can i put all my points and queries to prove my innocense in front of judge. As in 1st appeal did not even speak for 1 minute. Kindly advise.

I have apponited a lawyer but he says i shall not be able to speak in front of the judge. But have put my all points to the lawyer. I have M drawing spent so much money on the case isnt it possible to give my concerns as the allimony asked is impossible for me to pay and i am drawing a salary which is just hand to mouth kindly advise what can be done.

You can present before court and defend yourself. IT is a legal right and the court will look into your defence and study it
