Myself Nabiazam Sayed residing in Abu Dhabi. I left one private company but that company delaying to cancel my visa, so i complaint to Mohre. After then they ready to cancel but compliant should be close before that. I requested Mohre to close my compliant on last week Wednesday but still its not closed and showing under process waiting for Ministry approval. I fear i may lose my new job because of delay. Please can you help me in this matter.

you can do as follow:

-file a complaint at the labor office against the employer 

-file a lawsuit before the judge immediately as article 5 of the labor law states as follows:

All the proceedings in the court and filing a case as well as execution of the claim which filed by the worker are exempt from the payment of fees according to the provisions of the law. the court bay accept or refute the case also may decide to remove or impose the fees

Already filed a complaint but now comapny os doing settlement and i need to take back my complaint so that they can cancel my visa. But problem is I requested Ministry to close the compaint but 1 week gone still under process. What can I do in this case because my new employer cant wait for long time for me

There is no solution, but to go to the Labor Office and drop your complaint and wait until a decision is made. And you have to make sure to them that you have dropped the complaint
