We would like to inform you that if the sponsor refuses to issue a non-objection certificate to cancel the family sponsorship, you may go to the Royal Oman Police in your place of residence and file a complaint against the sponsor and indicate his refusal to give you a non-objection to cancel the sponsorship, and then the sponsor will be contacted and investigated, and if it is proven that he was arbitrary by not giving you a non-objection, the sponsorship will be canceled without his consent and allow you and your family to leave the country.

 Note that it is not permissible to obtain an exit visa without the approval of the sponsor, but an exception may be obtained for obtaining an exit visa without the consent of the sponsor by submitting a complaint to the Royal Oman Police, which will then issue an exit for the worker and his family without the sponsor’s approval.
