Hi i am uae national and i am
Planning to get married to my mother relative who is in pakistan . 1. I want to know would our marriage contract be acceptable in uae ? 2. Would i be able to come back n register in uae easily ? 3. My husband is freelancer so can I sponsor him to get uae residency? 4. If i want to apply for my kids passport when they r 18 would it cause issue if i am not married in uae itself ?

We would like to inform you that if you are an Emirati citizen, you can marry a Pakistani resident in Pakistan and the marriage will be held in Pakistan.
This contract can be registered in the UAE once ratified in Pakistan by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and translated officially into Arabic and marriage ratification by the UAE Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Justice.
Also, once you return to the UAE, you can reunite your family and sponsor your husband.
Thus, once your children reach the age of 18, you can apply for a passport for your children and your marriage outside the UAE does not affect this
