We would like to inform you that if you wish to cancel a special power of attorney that you issued to one of the staff, it is first that the cancellation of that power of attorney is permissible without the consent of the deputy.  In this case, you shall go to the place of issuance of that power of attorney and cancel the power of attorney, provided that you have a copy of that power of attorney or its number and an indication of the authority of its issuance so that you may cancel it, provided that the commissioner shall be officially notified of the cancellation of his power of attorney so that the cancellation of the power of attorney has its effect in confronting him.
