1- The presence of spouses or their legal representatives
2- Certification of the foreign marriage contract from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the Contract
3. Original civil card
4- Power of attorney for divorce in the presence of an attorney
5. Letter of the Central Committee for illegal residents
