To give you the entire story:March 3(Thursday - Morning): I was joking with a colleague (Lets call her Alisa) at work and although my jokes was supposedly unintentionally offensive, it may have come off as offensive to her (Not in a sexual way - It was a joke about her getting a new laptop that why she was working too hard and other stuff that I cant even remember). March 3(Thursday – 3pm): I went outside the office for a smoke break with another colleague (Lets call him Mark) and lo-and-behold Alisa went with us. I should have already realized what she was doing when she joined us. I was excited at that time because one of my projects was finally released so I couldn't control myself and made some jokes about my boss during that break. When we came back to the office, during the meeting with my boss and other executives within the company, I was shocked that they were giving me hints that they know about my jokes during my break. I then remembered that during that break she was holding her cellphone and wearing ear plugs the entire time. March 7 (Monday): I was working from home and following my friends advice, I called to apologize to my boss. I was still very unstable emotionally after the call so I started talking to myself to help organize my thoughts. Unfortunately, I didnt know that my boss was listening to me in my work laptop and everything went spiraling down. March 22 (Tuesday): I have some colleagues at work giving hints about how I was always late in my previous work. March 23 (Wednesday): A random stranger in the floor where my workplace is located talked to me about her wanting to become an agent (I used to be an agent in my previous job) and that she was also an admin (My job is an admin). The counter clerk of the store in the building where I worked for sudenly talked to her colleague when it was my turn at the counter and said "Nag paparinig ka?" (Are you hinting at something?). She was talking to her friend but she was staring at me. There are many more scenarios when people who I passby the street suddenly starts talking about things that are related to my personal life which is making me paranoid. Unfortunately, Alisa is a part time actress and a famous influencer in one of the Filipino facebook channels. She has a lot of followers and I suspect that she is making her followers spy on my personal life. Is there a way where could ask the court to issue a warrant to check her social media channels especially her whatsapp group and confirm if she is using her influence to malign and spy on me?
