If there is a change in the shape of the company or its legal status, the valid contract in the time of the change shall still valid between the new employer and the workers of the institution, and the service shall continue. The new and the old managers will be responsible in cooperation for six months to execute or to implement the company’s obligations regarding the employment contracts for the previous period. After the expiry of the mentioned period the new employer shall be responsible only.
