We would like to inform you that if you have applied for a visa to malta previously and have been rejected, yes, you can apply again and there is nothing to prevent and know the reasons for refusal by this body and here and to be avoided about refusing to grant the visa to you it is also in accordance with the law in force at the embassy that it should be noted that the decision to grant or refuse a visa is a sovereign matter of the embassy can not and does not allow anyone to interfere in its therefore, if you are refused a visa, we recommend that you submit an appeal and appeal the visa decision to you within thirty days in front of the Embassy after knowing the reasons for the refusal, the embassy can be persuaded to guarantee the return if there is a residence in the UAE you can provide a certificate of your work proving that you are at the head of your work and shown the value of the salary and wage received for your work and to prove that the embassy then the embassy can amend the decision of refusal and grant you a visa however, what should be clarified if the visa is rejected even after the objection can not be applied for a visa only three months or 90 days from the date of refusal and to avoid the reasons that lead to the rejection of the visa to be granted by the Embassy
