We would like to inform you that referring to the new Labor Law No. 33 of 2021 with regard to working hours, the UAE Labor Code set working hours per day in the private sector is 8 hours per day, not exceeding 48 hours per week.
Normal working hours are also reduced by two hours during Ramadan.
According to Article 65 of the Federal Labor Act, which regulates private-sector employment, the maximum normal working hours for workers adult are 8 hours per day, or 48 hours per week.
Working hours may be increased to nine hours per day in business, hotel work, canteens, guarding, and other work that may be added by the decision of the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

They are making us duty 12hr plus and also calling us to do some extra work on off day and not paying extra for it
