Hi good evening. I just want to ask. I got detained for 3 days (accused of stealing a lost bag) but then until I was released from the jail, there was no case yet. Now when I was out, the public prosecutor then again is calling me for another statement, so the police officer calls me out to come again and give a statement. Upon informing to a legal advisor, he then told me not to go as there is a court order of 30 days confinement as per what he can see in the system, and next hearing is scheduled on April 6th. My question please is can i be arrested anytime or what shall I do to prevent the confinement?Thankyou
