We would like to inform you that according to the Qatari Labor Law, you can go to the police and file a complaint and explain that in details, then it may be referred to the Public Prosecution for the fraud and provide the evidence so they will call them and investigate, if that was proved then they will be referred to the court.
Article 3:
A criminal case may not be filed except on the basis of a complaint from the victim or his substitute for the crimes stipulated in the articles:
(293), (308), (309), (323/1), (324), (325/1), (326), (329), (330), (331), (332), (333) (357), (389/1), (393/1), (394), (395) of the Penal Code, as well as in other crimes stipulated by the law.
The complaint is presented orally or in writing by the victim or his private agent to the Public Prosecution or to a judicial arrest officer.
In the event of an alleged crime, the complaint may be submitted to a member of the public authority present.
Article (242) , from Qatar Penal Code:
Anyone who defrauds shall be punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years, or a fine not exceeding two thousand riyals, or both.
Note that after conviction and sentencing, you can file a civil case in the court and claim for the money and compensation for the damage.
