Article 21
The Minister of Interior, after obtaining the approval of the Ruler, may issue a decision to deport any foreigner who proves that in his presence there is anything that threatens the security and safety of the state at home or abroad, its economy, public health, public morals, or a burden on the state. The decision to deport a foreigner may include the foreign members of his family whom he is responsible for.
Article 22
The Minister of the Interior may impose, on the foreigner whose deportation decision has been issued and the impossibility of its implementation, to reside in a specific agency for a period of two weeks, which can be renewed, provided that he presents to the police headquarters in which this body is located in his district on the dates specified by the decision, until he can be deported.
Article 23
A foreigner whose deportation decision has been issued may not return to Qatari territory except by a decision of the Minister of Interior.
Article 24
A foreigner is removed from Qatar by order of the Minister of Interior if he does not have a residence permit or if the term of this permit expires and this order is not issued as long as there is a grievance pending before the Administrative Grievances Committee stipulated in Law No. 16 of 1963 amended by Law No. (3) of 1964 And until a decision is issued by this committee rejecting the grievance and the committee shall consider the grievance urgently in accordance with the last paragraph of Article (6) of the aforementioned law. A foreigner may return to Qatar if he fulfills the conditions for entry in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Article 25
The Minister of the Interior may order that the expenses of deporting a foreigner and his family or deporting him from Qatar be from this foreigner's money if he has money.
Article 26
If the foreigner issued an order to deport him or his expulsion has interests in Qatar that require liquidation, a grace period is given to liquidate them after he submits an acceptable guarantee and the Minister of Interior sets this period so that it does not exceed three months.
