It is also possible to submit a petition request with the Minister of the Interior, and the application will be considered and decided either by acceptance or refusal, knowing that the administrative expulsion is issued to the expatriate for the following reasons:

A) If he is sentenced, and the court has recommended in his ruling that he be expelled.

B) If he has no apparent means of subsistence.

C) If the security authorities consider that his deportation is called for by the public interest, public security, or public morals.

But if the expulsion is judicial, it must be appealed by opposition if the ruling is in absentia, or by way of appeal if the judgment is prescriptive or by way of veto if the judgment was appealed. Or if all the legal ways to appeal this ruling have been exhausted
