If you reside in Qatar and want to issue the family visit visa to Qatar, you have to complete the following conditions:
· Fill in the application form
· A letter from the employer provides your position in the company
· Bank statement
· Copies of the passport for all family members
· If you are adapting a child, you have to provide documents to prove the adaption
· Copy of the marriage deed ratified by the embassy of ministry of foreign affairs
· Copy of the electricity bill to prove the place of your residence –
- You have to fill in the application in Arabic. You can do this in the printing center. You have to have the Qatari ID before applying of the visa.
- In spite the fact that you will provide copies of all documents, you have to show all original copies
- Your salary must be more than 10000 in the Qatari currency to support your family
- If you work for the government, you have to provide a letter to prove your position and salary and ratify it from the ministry of civil services.
- After preparing all required papers, you must apply for family residence visas to the employment department of the Ministry of Labor to approve your application.
Finally, you should pay the visa fees and wait the embassy's response of acceptance or rejection

We would like to inform you that according to the Omani Residence Law, it is not allowed to grant a permanent visa, but it is only possible to apply for it with a visit visa, and if the visa expires, it must leave Oman, for the expired family visit visa without using it, then you can apply for new family visa with new procedures without any legal issue.
For the procedures are below:
• The expat must be in a senior job according to the GCC standards.
• Living in a residence rented in their name or in the name of their employer.
• Paid a monthly salary of not be less than RO 600.
For the foreign wife of the Omani citizen, attach an original copy of the marriage contract attested by her country's embassy and the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with a certificate of marriage settlement issued by the Ministry of Interior.
Submission of the electronic application form on the site to be certified and stamped by the sponsor and printed in Arabic for Arab nationalities and in English for non-Arab nationalities, and attached with the following documents:
• Application on the electronic form available on the Royal Oman Police website, and signed by the employer or an authorized signatory. The application shall be typed in Arabic for Arab nationals, and in English for non-Arabs, and shall enclose the following documents:
- Two photos (6X4) cm.
- Copy of the foreigner's passport, valid for not less than 6 months.
- Copy of the specimen signature sheet of the authorized signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, for the private sector.
- Original and copy of a medical certificate approved by the Ministry of Health FOR adults coming from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syria and Nepal.
- Copy of a form approved by the Ministry of Manpower indicating the employee's details including their job title and salary, or a bank statement of the monthly salary transfers for not less than six months.
- Where the foreign employee wants to bring in their spouse, copy of the marriage certificate authenticated by Oman Ministry of foreign Affairs.
- Copy of the residential lease agreement or document confirming his place of residence.
- With regard to the wife of an Omani national, copy of the Ministry of Interior's approval, the authenticated marriage certificate and copy of the valid ID.

With regard to leaving after the expiry of the visa and booking the flight ticket to return to India, the passport can be stamped with exit and then leave at the time of booking without any legal obstacles.
