If your contract is for an indefinite period, you must continue to work for the length of the notice period, which is usually a month before actually leaving work. At the end of work, you are entitled to the end of service gratuity, which is estimated at 21 days’ wages for one year of service, and the flight ticket. You can submit a complaint to one of the Tasheel offices of the Ministry Human resources and Emiratisation if you do not obtain these rights
Article (132)
A worker who has completed a year or more in continuous service is entitled to an end-of-service gratuity upon the end of his service. Days of unpaid work leave are not included in the calculation of the service period. The award is calculated as follows:
1- Twenty-one days’ wages for each year of the first five years of service.
2- A thirty-day wage for each year in excess of that.
It is stipulated in the foregoing that the total reward shall not exceed two years' wages
