If you were the one who opened this case, you must appear before the judge at the specified session and ask to be relinquished. If this case is a civil case and you described you as a prosecutor, then you can not appear in that case and the judge will delete that case but if you are accused in one of the cases or a defendant is charged in that case, the victim or the plaintiff is the one who can waive the case and close it
