my name is simon ruchu frm kenya am from kenya i made a case complaining obot my company which brought me to qatar an they gave me the work that tha was not my work according to my via and my angreements with the agent but when i told them to take me to the work that i came for they asked me to left their accomodation without iven knowing where am going to sleep and i was new in qatar i stayd with them only for three weeks i refused to work with them becouse the work was very hard they take me to waste treetment centor working as lobour and saying that is cleaner they refused to give me mask they told me to buy and i was new and they put me in their hotel for two weeks without giving me food untill they told me to left and they reported me as a run away am suffering need a help i dont want to go back i want to wok

We would like to inform you that according to the Qatari Labor Law, yes you have end of services benefit if the work was terminated legally as the below article states:
Article (54):
In addition to any sums to which the worker is entitled to upon the expiry of his service, the employer shall pay the end of service gratuity to the worker who has completed employment of one year or more. This gratuity shall be agreed upon by the two parties, provided that it is not less than a three-week wage for every year of employment. The worker shall be entitled to gratuity for the fractions of the year in proportion to the duration of employment.
The worker’s service shall be considered continuous if it is terminated in cases other than those stipulated in article (61) of this Law and is returned to service within two months of its termination.
The last basic wage shall be the base for the calculation of the gratuity.
The employer is entitled to deduct from the service gratuity the amount due to him by the worker
