Please note that according to Ministerial Resolution No. 764 of 2015, all employers must obtain an official job offer from the Ministry’s system before applying for initial approval to bring in any foreign worker to work in the country, and this offer must be signed by the worker in the country of recruitment and in accordance with the approved contract form Between the worker and the employer, and no amendment may be made to the contract signed by the worker, except after the worker’s consent and provided that the amendment does not prejudice the rights of the worker. The law obliges the employer to pay all recruitment costs, and that workers must not pay any fees in order to obtain a job.

Thanks for the response but in my case employer filed a case against me in Sharjah court that I violated there Labor amendment. In that labor amendment they mentioned after my resignation from there company I should not work in UAE for 1 year.

You can appeal the ruling issued by the court, but if your appeal is not accepted, in this case you must leave immediately, as the period of prohibition is calculated from the date of departure

Thanks madam. But am currently working and having valid visa. Even having a valid visa do I need to exit the country?
