I was working with dar optics group but recently the company has takeover by someone else and the owner left from uae to Canada

the law confirms that if there is a change in the employer, the previous contracts are valid and the new and old employers are responsible for the implementation of these contracts and if there is a legal problem we advise you to file a complaint at the Labor Office to resolve this matter.
Article 126:
If there is a change in the shape of the company or its legal status, the valid contract in the time of the change shall still valid between the new employer and the workers of the institution, and the service shall continue. The new and the old managers will be responsible in cooperation for six months to execute or to implement the company’s obligations regarding the employment contracts for the previous period. After the expiry of the mentioned period the new employer shall be responsible only.

you can do as follow:
-file a complaint at the labor office against
-file a lawsuit before the judge immediately as article 5 of the labor law states as follows:
All the proceedings in the court and filing a case as well as execution of the claim which filed by the worker are exempt from the payment of fees according to the provisions of the law. the court bay accept or refute the case also may decide to remove or impose the fees
