My wife resides in shadjah and myself staying in abu dhabi how can she file divorce case in dubai courts. Havd failed the 1st appeal. Now havd gkne to suprdmd court jurisdiction is serious concern rite and had never even called for family reconcilation ditectly notice came from dubai court

We would like to inform you that your wife may file a divorce case in Dubai courts, if your she has a place of residence in Dubai, as the court in which the place of residence of the husband or wife is located is competent to consider the divorce case. However, the Family Dispute Reconciliation Office should have contacted you before your wife has filed a divorce case.

My wife stays in sharjah and has visa from dubai. Myself have been staying in abu dhabi for 3 years and having visa from dubai and staying in abu dhabi for 3 years. Family reconcilation team has never contacted me nor have recvd any email from them which is mandotary. There is something really wrong on my case.
