 It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide you with the following
the UAE Personal Status Law gives you the right to file a complaint (Divorce for damage and discord), It must be noted that the Procedures for this lawsuit are as follows:
1) The dispute shall be submitted to the Family Guidance Committee for reconciliation between the spouses, and recourse to this Committee shall be compulsory
2) If the Family Guidance Committee is unable to reform, the judge shall assume this task
3) If the judge cannot reconcile between them, two rulings are chosen from the family of the husband and wife. If they do not choose the two judgments, the court chooses them.
4) If the two rulings are unable to reform them, a decision is made by the two rulings to dismiss them as follows:
A) If the whole harm is from the husband, the two rulings suggest that the court should separate them while the wife retains all of her rights.
(B) If the whole harm is from the wife, the two rulings shall propose to the court their separation, with the wife being obliged to pay compensation to the husband
C) If the harm is shared between the spouses, they shall be divorced without allowance or with a suitable allowance determined by the court.
D) If the person who causing the damage is not known and if the husband is submit the request for divorce, in this case the two rulings propose to reject the application, either if the wife is form the request for divorce or both of them submit the request for divorce, in this case the two rulings suggest differentiation between them without compensation.
 
The two rulings then submit their report to the judge in order to separate them
