Hi Sir, Good Afternoon .I asked about my visa. I'm working Auto work shop now yet.my company maked visa of 2 year.My visa time more have 11 months . Thirteen month visa finished.Now I am giving resignation my company . Because my company no increase my salary. I found a job another side.my company say ,Me give resignation fee and Penalty 2100 . They are say every fee have in UAE Law . Sir what you say .I give money or no give. Please sir gide me right solution

We would like to inform you that if your inquiry is related to resignation from work, here is the following information:
 If the employment contract is definite, and you want to resign, you may only do so with the consent of the employer. However, if the employment contract is indefinite, you may terminate the employment contract, providing you notify the employer at least a month before the termination, or as the employment contract stipulates.
 If you terminate the employment contract illegally, the employer may file a complaint against the worker in order to obtain compensation in addition to the request for a ban
for a year against the worker.
 Here are the texts of the UAE Labor Law related to your inquiry:
(50 Article)
If the foreign worker leaves work, for an illegal reason, before the end of the contract term, no other work permit will be granted.
To join another job in the State in accordance with the provisions of this Decree-Law, for a period of one year from the date of discontinuation of work
The work, and it is not permissible for any other employer who is aware of this to use him or keep him in his service during that period.
The Ministry may exclude some occupational categories, skill levels, or employment from the provision of item (1) of these
Article, in accordance with the controls and procedures specified in the executive regulations of this Decree-Law.
The employer must notify the Ministry of the incident of work interruption in accordance with the procedures specified by the regulation.
