We would like to inform you that in accordance with the federal labor law regulating the nature of the contractual relationship between the worker and the employer, and regarding the removal of the absconding case, it is through reviewing the Office of Labor and Human Resources, submitting a complaint and objection, and proving the maliciousness of the report.  
If the investigation is done and its maliciousness is proven and the aim is to deprive you of your labor rights it will be removed with the knowledge of the labor office and then the new visa can be processed and the sponsorship will be transferred
Absconding report/case is an administrative procedure that the sponsor takes against his sponsor after canceling his residence and passing thirty-day if he does not leave the country.
The publication will be on the immigration and passports department. Knowing that the publication decision is made by the general administration of the immigration department, the fees will be 500 AED.
If you ask for convincing reasons, the department can provide you with them without the presence of the former sponsor.
If your request is denied, you can go to the civil court and file a case against your sponsor. If the judge rules in favor of you, the judge will send a letter to cancel the publication decision on the immigration department. Keep in mind that, there are people who got a rule in favor of them and their absconding cases were closed. However, it has to be after two years.
If the absconding case was issued by the ministry of interior, the fees will be 10000 AED, and this is after obtaining approval from your sponsor. On the other hand, it can be done, if there is a labor case and the employee gets a rule in favor of him/her and get compensation.
