I am an indian worker who joined a company. I signed one year contract as area manager. After 3 months training the company decided to demote me as store manager without any reason. I disagreed with that. Then they made exit for me. My contract is still 6 months balance. And this job was the only hope for me and my family. Because of the covid pandamic i will not able to find a job very easily. So is there any option to get any kind of compensation from the company. Kindly help me to sort the problem asap

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
